How is the leglength of jeans or trousers measured?

The leg length is measured from the leglength (where there is an intersection of the inner seams on the right leg, left leg and fly) along the interior leg seam to the bottom of the hem.

How to measure yourself at the belt?

If you have a tape measure it's very simple: position the tape measure at the level of the pelvis (between the hips the widest place) and the waist (at the level of the navel). Do not tighten, do not tuck in the belly.

How to take your waistline? Is it essential to know that measure to order jeans?

The waist measurement is measured above the navel, at the most hollow place. Do not tuck in your stomach, and do not tighten with the meter. However, this measurement will not be of any use to you for jeans or trousers CUB, because the belt of the trousers is posed on the basin, well below the waist.

How is the waistband of jeans or trousers measured?

Also called a half-belt flat, this measurement is taken in a straight line (without following the shape of the belt of the trousers), button closed and trousers laid flat.

How is the width of the bottom leg of jeans or trousers measured?

Also called half-stockings, the width of the lower leg is measured flat.

Where is the half basin measurement taken?

It is rare that you have to take such a measurement, but if you want to talk with CUB stylists about this measurement, it is taken 10 cm below the belt (image on the left) as shown in the photo below (image of right).

How is the half thigh measured?

It is rare that you have to take such a measurement, but if you want to talk with CUB stylists about this measurement, it is taken 2.5 cm below the tip (intersection of the leglength seams, image on the left) as the photo below shows (right image).

Do you want to check the thigh measurement?

If you have doubts about a width of jeans or trousers at the thigh, you can talk with us about it. The thigh measurement of trousers is taken at 16.5 cm below the tip (intersection of the leglength seams, image on the left) as shown in the photo below (image on the right).

Keep in mind that this measurement is given before the material relaxes, indeed, CUB jeans are always stretch and they will gain after a few hours, a good centimeter when in pressure on the thigh.
