Jeans & Pants for Tall, Slim Men – 36", 38" & 40" Inseams

Most men find it difficult to dress extra tall and slim.

Choose jeans or trousers that are long enough. It goes without saying that the 'floor-length' look is not recommended for extra tall men (it gives the impression that you haven't found the right trousers), but in the right size... there's no need to choose jeans or trousers several sizes too big to wear them cut down to a reasonable length; CUB is there.

So choose jeans in a length 36 for men up to 1m93, in a length 38 for extra tall men.

To avoid the matchstick-leg look that can result from a high waist, Franck has chosen a standard waistband that sits 2 or 3 centimetres below your navel line. Note that the back of the trousers rise higher to hug the buttocks.
Men's jeans are cut from 2 to 2 inches (30US, 32US, 34US...), but the CUB brand is very suitable for tall, slim men, offering half sizes from size US 29, you can choose jeans or trousers size 30 length 38 or jeans size 31 length 38 for example.

A word of advice: don't just concentrate on dark colours - you're slim, so don't make your legs disappear - you can also go for lighter colours.

Why is it so difficult to find trousers for tall, slim men?

Most standard men's trousers are designed around average proportions. When you are very tall, the problem is often not your waist size — it is the inseam.

A man who normally wears a US 30 or US 32 waist may still need a 36", 38" or even 40" inseam.

Buying a larger waist just to get more leg length usually creates another problem: the trousers become too loose around the waist, hips and thighs.

The better solution is to choose your waist size and leg length separately.

Are you tall and slim?
