How can I make a return as easy as possible?
You've received your items but the size or fit doesn't suit you? You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to return your products to us.
To facilitate your returns and ensure a qualitative follow-up, we invite you to access the returns portal.
Follow the instructions and download your returns label in just a few clicks! To facilitate the processing of your parcel, you can complete and enclose the returns form in your parcel.
Prepare the item(s) to be returned in their original packaging, in new, unworn and unwashed condition.
Include the returns form in your parcel. Otherwise, enter your order number, surname, first name and your return request (exchange, credit note or refund).
Log on to the returns portal. Enter your details, the reason for your return and whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund.
Print the carrier label you received. In the case of an exchange or a credit note, the return postage is free. For a refund, this postage will be deducted from your refund.
Drop off your parcel at a relay point or elsewhere, depending on the carrier option.
As soon as we receive your parcel, you will be refunded using the same method of payment you used to place your order, or your exchange will be prepared for dispatch within two working days.
EXCHANGES AND CREDIT NOTES
At CUB, we do our utmost to satisfy our customers in their search for the right trousers for them. The first exchange of an order is completely free. The cost of return and reshipment are fully covered by CUB and your exchange will be reshipped within 24/48 working hours after receipt and verification of your return (new condition with its labels in its original packaging, bar code visible from the outside). You can request an exchange of colour, size, length or even reference.
If you have chosen a credit note, it will be issued on your customer account on receipt of the returned product.

In the case of a refund, you will be charged for part of the return costs (see table below), which will be deducted from the refund made to the payment method used at the time of purchase approximately 48 hours after receipt of your return.

We remind you that returns are at the Customer's risk. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn and unwashed, with all its labels attached. If the Customer fails to comply with these return conditions, the refund, or credit note might not be fully issued. The exchange won't be free of charge.
