Preparation and dispatch of your order

We prepare and dispatch your order within 24 working hours after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking link by email (please check your spam folder).

🚚 Delivery to a pick-up point :

• France: FREE for purchases over £115 (via Mondial Relay).

• Belgium & Luxembourg: FREE for purchases over £129 (via Mondial Relay).

• Germany & Netherlands: FREE for purchases over £249 (via Shop2Shop)

For other destinations, delivery costs are calculated when you place your order.

Home delivery remains a paid option unless there is a specific promotional offer.

How to make a return?

⚠️ Important conditions

• Returns are made at the customer's responsibility and risk.

• Any product returned soiled, worn or damaged may be refused or subject to a reduction in the refund amount.

Prepare the item(s) to be returned in their original packaging, in new, unworn and unwashed condition.

Include the returns form in your parcel. Otherwise, enter your order number, surname, first name and your return request (exchange, credit note or refund).

Log on to the returns portal. Enter your details, the reason for your return and whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund.

Print the carrier label you received. In the case of an exchange or a credit note, the return postage is free. For a refund, this postage will be deducted from your refund.

Drop off your parcel at a relay point or elsewhere, depending on the carrier option.

As soon as we receive your parcel, you will be refunded using the same method of payment you used to place your order, or your exchange will be prepared for dispatch within two working days.
