What quality are the items you sell?

The CUBjeans team takes the greatest care in the manufacture of the items it sells. The fabrics and accessories are among the best the market has to offer. All items sent to you are subjected to the most stringent quality control. You will find all the information you need relating to size in our size guide.

Where to try jeans in Paris?

There are many points of sale in France and also in Paris. The entire collection can be viewed at the CUBjeans store, 10 rue du chateau d'eau, 75010 Paris (Métro République / Jacques Bonsergent). You can ask us by email for a point of sale (contact@cubjeans.com) indicating the type of product you are looking for and the ideal purchase area.

How do I make an order online?

There's nothing easier than placing an order on the CUBjeans.com website: browse through our catalogue to find what you want in the different categories or use the filters to find the required size, fabric and leg length. Click on the product you are interested in, choose your US size (the French size will show as a hint) and click on 'Add to cart'. The product will be placed in your cart (viewed by clicking on the top right of the screen). To confirm your purchases, click on the button entitled 'Con rm your order' in the cart.

For your first  order, you need to create a compte in order to be identified before completing your order.

Please be sure to fill in all the fields relating to invoicing.

If you are an existing customer, enter your email address and personal code to identify yourself.

I can't pay online. I don't have a PayPal account

There is no need to have a paypal account to pay on the CUBjeans.com site, you can pay with a simple bank card from the final payment page. If you still cannot pay online, you can write to us at contact@cubjeans.com to organize, with the agreement of the department concerned, payment by check or bank transfer.

Are the jeans and trousers stretchy?

Yes, all CUB ++ jeans and trousers are stretchable with a minimum of 2% stretch, which provides comfort with an elegant look.

I am 1.95m (6ft 4.8in) tall which leglength do I need? L36 or L38?

A 36 leglength corresponds to 91.5cm (3ft) of trousers leg length. a 38 leglength measures 96.5cm (3ft 2.0in). We advise you to take a leglength 38 and thus to have jeans long enough to wear it with pleats at the bottom of the leg, even to have a luxurious turn up.

Is online payment secure?

CUBjeans has chosen the LCL bank and PayPal as partners to guarantee payment in complete security. Your bank details, which are encrypted and made secure using the SSL protocol, are never visible online and are never stored on the CUBjeans.com website. We never know or store the information relating to your bank card. Because of this, and for your safety, you will need to re-enter your bank card details with every order.

I am very thin (1m96 and 70kg) (6ft 5.2in and 154lb), can I dress in CUB?

Yes, CUBjeans also dresses very tall and thin men with their jeans and trousers models which start at size 28US in L38.

I weigh 150 kg (330lb) for 2 meters (6ft 6.7in), do you have trousers for me?

CUB specializes in tall men, including tall and strong men, you can certainly try jeans or trousers in size 42US and leglength 38.

I'm a little tight on my belt when I try on your jeans when I get it. Should I send it back to you for exchange?

If you cannot close the button, contact us to arrange an exchange. However, if you manage to close the button without too much difficulty, then the stretch in the material of the jeans / trousers that you have just received will act and bring you the comfort that you can expect from CUB ++ jeans. We encourage you to wear the jeans for a few hours at home and to see for yourself that the jeans are right for you.

How can I pay?

You can pay for your CUBjeans order by bank card or via PayPal.

We accept Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard and some local cards.

Can I collect my order from the CUB store in Paris 10ème?

You can of course collect (and try) your order at the CUBjeans store. When placing an order on CUBjeans.com select "store pickup" as the delivery method.

If you have selected another delivery method and would rather go to the store, just send us an email at: contact@cubjeans.com (your order otherwise will be dispatched the next day around 4 p.m.). The Concept Store CUB store, specialist in men of all sizes, is open Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., at 10 rue du chateau d'eau 75010 Paris 

For other carriers: refer to the carrier's website.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

In mainland France: from the time of consignment to the Post Office, your articles will be delivered on average within 2 to 4 working days using the Colissimo tracked service, unless delayed by force majeure.

For other countries or other regions of France: from the time of consignment to the shipper, your articles will be delivered on average within 4 to 10 working days, unless delayed by force majeure.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

For deliveries by La Poste (the French Post Office): If you are not at home when the postman calls, a delivery notification card will be placed into your letter box. This will show the time and date of the call and the post Office where you can collect your parcel. You will need to present the card at the post Office indicated along with an item of identification in order to retrieve your parcel. You have 2 weeks from the date on the card to retrieve your parcel. After that time the parcel will be automatically returned to us. For other shipping companies, please refer to the website of the company concerned.

Can I return my order to the Paris store?

You can bring your order to the CUB store (10 rue du chateau d'eau 75010 Paris), for a standard exchange or a supplement with a model that suits you better.

Can I take delivery at my place of work?

Yes, simply specify the address on your order in the Delivery section. Please ensure that your company or employer accepts deliveries for private individuals.

What should I do if I don't receive my package?

If you have not received your package within 10 days, check the tracking information for your order. You should have received an email from "Boxtal" with the tracking number and link. If in doubt, contact us online, by email or by phone.

What should I do if a product is no longer in stock?

There is no permanent product at CUBjeans, only 250 copies of each jeans or trousers will be produced. We keep the same inspirations, so you will always find raw jeans or black after a few months of rupture.

How to know if my order has been taken into account ?

If you have not received this email in your mailbox, remember to check your spam and save contact@cubjeans.com in your address book to avoid these inconveniences.

You can also log into your account on CUbjeans.com and check your order in your personal area.

How to return a product to you?

In mainland France: Products purchased excluding strong promotions / sales are exchangeable or refundable. From your personal area, go to the "product return" section, fill in the necessary information (including the model / size required for the exchange). You should receive a return product agreement within a few hours / days. In the case of an exchange you will most certainly receive a  colissimo prepaid voucher by email from contact@cubjeans.com (remember to save this email in your contact book to avoid finding the  colissimo voucher in your spam).

For other countries, regions, the return is the responsibility of the sender.

I've forgotten my password

On the 'my account' page, click on the link entitled 'Forgotten my password'. Enter your email address then click on 'Con rm'. An email will be automatically sent to you.

How can I see my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent directly to your registered email address once your order has been processed by our Sales department. You can see all invoices relating to your orders in ''My account'.

Can I change my order once I have paid for it?

We will try to accommodate you if at all possible. Make your request as quickly as possible by mail

We are unable to change an order once it has been confirmed and dispatched.

How to keep the color of my black jeans?

You can add a little white vinegar to the wash water of your black CUB jeans. Remember to put the jeans on the wrong side, set the spin to a maximum speed of 800 rpm and do not leave the black jeans too long in a stationary drum (whitish marks called marbling could appear) 

My jeans seem to rub off (color bleeding), is this normal?

Some of the CUB fabrics are over-dyed for a very deep color (indicated in the web descriptions), and can effectively rub off during a few washes. Remember to wash them separately for a few washes and take care not to put them in contact with light fabrics (white shirts or ecru sofas).

You can add a little white vinegar to the detergent water to fix the color.
