CUBjeans has chosen as partners the bank LCL and Paypal to guarantee you a totally secure payment. Your bank details, which are encrypted and secured by SSL protocol, never circulate unencrypted and never arrive on the CUBjeans.com website. We never know or store your credit card details. Consequently, and for your own security, you will have to re-enter your credit card numbers each time you place an order.

When you choose to pay via Paypal, in the same way, you will be redirected to the Paypal page, no banking data or paypal account is kept by Bureau Indigo / CUBjeans.

If you are unable to close the button, please contact us to arrange an exchange. However, if you can close the button without too much difficulty, then the stretch in the material of the jeans/pants you have just received will work and give you the comfort you can expect from a pair of CUB++ jeans. We encourage you to wear the jeans for a few hours at home and see for yourself how they fit.

Bear in mind that the trousers you have just received have already been washed and have already shrunk, they will now only relax on you where they need to.

Some CUB fabrics are overdyed for a very deep colour (indicated in the web descriptions), and may indeed bleed during a few washes. Remember to wash them separately for a few washes and take care not to put them in contact with light-coloured fabrics (white shirts or unbleached sofas).

You can add a little white vinegar to the washing water to fix the colour.

Ideally, wash your jeans as infrequently as possible to preserve their colour and allow them to patina naturally (with each wash, the colour loses its intensity and the weave comes out).
When it's time :
1. Empty your pockets.
2. Turn the jeans inside out.
3. put them in the washing machine, drum not too full to allow the water to circulate properly and avoid creasing.
4. set the thermostat to 30° as the colour contrast / wash-out effect is amplified by the washing temperature.
5. Use liquid detergent.
6. choose a light spin cycle to avoid white lines.
7. take the jeans out of the machine as soon as the wash cycle is finished to avoid permanent crease marks.
8. Hang them out to dry in the open air (do not tumble dry as this will damage the elastane).

In Metropolitan France: Products purchased outside of a strong promotion/sale are exchangeable or refundable. From your personal space, go to the ‘product returns’ section, fill in the necessary information (including the model/size required for the exchange). You should receive a product return agreement within a few hours / days. In the case of an exchange, you will almost certainly receive a pre-paid returns voucher by email from contact@cubjeans.com (remember to save this email in your contact book to avoid the returns voucher ending up in your spam folder).
For other countries or regions, the sender is responsible for the return.

There are no permanent products at CUBjeans, only 250 of each pair of jeans or trousers will be produced. We keep the same inspirations, so you'll always find a pair of raw denim or black jeans after a few months out of stock.
Remember to check the longer lengths to see if the size you're looking for is still available. It's a matter of a few centimetres' alteration perhaps.
