How is the inseam of a pair of jeans or trousers measured?
The inseam of a pair of jeans or trousers is the guarantee to choose trousers that are long enough for your body type. Extra tall men know better than anyone else, trousers that are too short are never easy to take on.

length 34 = 86cm of jean leg length
length 32 = 81 cm jeans leg length

How do you measure at the waist?
If you have a tape measure it's very simple: position the tape measure at the level of the pelvis (between the hips, the widest point) and the waist (at the level of the navel). Don't squeeze, don't pull in your stomach.
How do you measure your waistline? Is there any point in ordering jeans?
The waistline is measured above the navel, at the deepest point. Don't pull in your belly, and don't squeeze with the tape measure. However, this measurement will not be of any use for jeans or CUB trousers, as the waistband of trousers sits on the pelvis, well below the waist.
How is the waistband of jeans or trousers measured?
Also called half waistband flat, this measurement is taken in a straight line (without following the shape of the waistband of the trousers), button closed and trousers flattened.
How is the width of the hem of a pair of jeans or trousers measured?
Also known as the hem, the width of the lower leg is measured flat.
Where is the measurement of the half-pelvis taken?
It is rare that you have to take such a measurement, but if you wish to exchange with the CUB stylists about this measurement, it is taken 10 cm below the waist (left image) as shown in the photo below (right image).
How is the half thigh measured?
It is rare that you have to take such a measurement, but if you want to talk to the CUB stylists about this measurement, it is taken 2.5 cm below the toe (intersection of the inseam seams, left image) as shown in the photo below (right image).

Have in mind that this measurement is given before the material relaxes, indeed, the CUB jeans are always stretchy and they will gain after a few hours, a good centimeter when in pressure on the thigh.
